LEMAIRE offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Request Authorization
Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective covers are intact to avoid any depreciation in value.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided return label to the outside of the box and schedule a pickup or drop off the parcel at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
